Rotis
What you need
1 cup flour
1/2 tspn salt
1 tblspn oil
1/3ish cup water
How to do it
Mix everything together thoroughly. Let sit, covered, for 20-30 minutes. Make into patties (although they will probably stick to everything really badly). Get a skillet very hot (no oil), smoosh into the skillet (don't worry if you can't smoosh them right the first time; when you flip, you can smoosh them out properly as the cooked side will no longer stick). Cook for 30 seconds per side, flip, repeat until both sides look nice and have a few dark brown spots on them.
