Mint Chutney

How to do it

Combine the following ingredients in the following ratio in the blender:

for every
3/4 cups mint leaves (no stems)
use
1/4 cup cilantro (stems and all)
juice of 2 limes
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 tablespoon salt
1 chopped serrano chile, seeds and all
3 green onions, chopped (just the firm parts)

Blend until it's applesauce-like in consistency.
