Hummus

What you need

Tahini (see below) (1.5 tblspn)
Garbanzo beans (1 can)
Lemon (1)
Garlic (3 cloves)
Salt (.5 tspn)
Olive oil (3 tblspn)
Blender


How to do it
Open garbanzo bean can. Pour .25 cup of the liquid into a measuring cup. Drain rest of liquid. Mix beans, garlic (chop it a bit), juice of lemon, salt, olive oil, garbanzo bean liquid, and tahini into a blender. Blend.

Tahini recipe

Blend 2 tblspsn of sesame seeds until it's pretty finely chopped. Add .5 tspn sesame oil and .25 tspn salt. Blend. Add .25 cups water. Blend.
