Ja Jang Myun

What you need

Spaghetti noodles
Ja jang paste (1/4 cup)
1/2 a big potato
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cucumber (optional)
1/4 cup water with 1/2 tblspn cornstarch
1/2 tbpsn rice vinegar

How to do it

Dice veggies small-ish (no bigger than finger tip size; onion should be the size you'd put on a hot dog). Cook the veggies (if you use potato, get it brown on one side; it takes about 8 minutes with stirring). Veggies can be cooked separately. Add garlic at end.

Get water boiling for noodles. Add noodles to water. Add ja jang paste to veggies with 1/4 cup water to thin. Stir a little. Add water with cornstarch. Simmer on low and let the water cook off.

Dice cucumber into matchsticks while cooking.

When spaghetti is done (10ish minutes later), the sauce will be done, too. Add sauce to noodles. Put cucumber on top. Add vinegar. Stir and eat.
