Noodles, cold spicy

What you need

1 thing of buckwheat noodles
2 tblspn Chiankiang vinegar
1 tblspn light soy sauce
1/2 tblspn chili oil
1 pinch sugar

Optional but good:
Some julienned cucumber
Fried garlic, scallions, and chili

Cook noodles. Mix sauce. When noodles are done, rinse with cold water until cold. Add sauce. It can be served now, or refrigerated for a day.
