What you need
Flour (2 cups)
Salt (1 tspn)
Sugar (2 tblspns)
Milk (2%) (1.5 cups)
Vegetable oil (corn oil is fine) (3 tblspsns)
Cinnamon (optional but good)
Ice cream (optional but soooo good)
How to do it
Mix in the bowl with the fork until it's an even consistency.
Cut the bananas into slices (roughly 1/4 inch so can fry all parts nicely).
Dip slices into the batter you just made.
Cover the bottom of the frying pan with oil. Don't worry about using too much. Heat on medium heat until hot. Fry banana slices until they are nice and brown on both sides. Remove from heat.
Add a little cinnamon on top.
