Cilantro Salad

What You Need

Bunch of cilantro
Red spicy chili peppers (2 or 3)
Garlic (2 or 3 cloves)
Rice vinegar (3 tablespoons)
Sugar (half teaspoon)
Salt
Chili oil (tablespoon)
Sesame oil (teaspoon)

How to do it
Peel and chop garlic. Chop chilis into smallish pieces, and salt heavily. Chop cilantro into pieces (maybe 1 inch pieces), keep or discard the stems as you want (they can get annoying to eat sometimes). In a bowl, mix sugar, sesame oil, chili oil, vinegar. Put garlic and chilis into cilantro, sprinkle mixed oils over it, toss.
